Shaped by the sea and winds and the storied history of the Persian Gulf, Ocean Pearl is a prestigious residential development situated on the gateway site to the exclusive resort island of Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai, U.A.E.

Two towers, one a sweeping arc embracing the taller evocative oval, rise dramatically from the water’s edge to form a nested ensemble like oyster and pearl. The gentle curving forms and pristine whiteness also recall the sateen sails of the ancient Arab Dhows that traded on the surrounding seas. Ocean Pearl captures the imagination and offers uncommon luxury and thoughtful efficiency. The project is comprised of 352 units located sharing a common podium that features 18 split-level duplexes, individual tower lobbies and 33,000 square feet of prime retail space, all weaved together with lush landscaping and stunning architecture.

The staggered arrangement of the towers maximizes views from each unit but also creates a dramatic visual statement when viewed from the island bridge to the south, the marina to the east or the palm islands to the north. The top of the podium base is a lushly landscaped painting of swirling planters, intimate gardens, cool water streams, reflecting pools and swimming pools that provide a welcome respite from the heat and a refuge from business life.
