This 474-unit residential development is located within a new Transit Area Specific Plan. Located on the corner parcel of a suburban office park, the project is a catalyst in the conversion of the area into a pedestrian-oriented neighborhood. Comprised of 5-story buildings that wrap a 6-story parking structure and three large, at-grade courtyards. The five-acre site is surrounded by busy boulevards which required that the new building broadcast a striking image in contrast to this context. The roof of the parking structure provides skyline views of the city and supports a lushly landscaped recreation deck that includes a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, spa and outdoor dining and gathering areas.
