Los-Angeles-based COE Architecture International has completed the initial design for the conversion of an aging nine-story Buckhead office building to apartments.
COE is working with the Atlanta office of Niles Bolton Associates on the project, known as 550 Pharr Road, which was developed in the early 1970s but has since struggled to compete against newer Buckhead office towers.
